The Museum of Art has no money to release 1,000 albums

"Romanian painters in Brittany" is a complex work including images and information about artists like Nicolae Grigorescu, written by Doina Păuleanu, the manager of Constanţa Museum of Art. 

One thousand albums have already been printed by Arcade publishing house in Bucharest, which was attributed, on 15^th of December 2008, the contract for editing, making-up and printing. According to the art critic dr. Păuleanu, the albums have been edited but they cannot be found in any distribution chain as the Museum of Art does not have the necessary funds for organising and promoting this work. Such albums are usually edited once in four years as that they are very expensive.
