Romtelecom is going to sell a property located in Mamaia resort, a tourism and sport destination space.
Romtelecom offers for sale a hotel located in the center of Mamaia resort, close to the Cotton Beach. The property consists of a plot of 1,588 square meters, construction of 3 buildings (A, B and C) with the destination of hotel, with a total area of 4,379 square meters. Construction is in progress and the 3 buildings have different stages of completion. The hotel is bordered to a commercial and hotel complex - former Hotel Cascom to the North, to a parking, a villa and the Melody Complex to the South, to the promenade and beach to the West and to Mamaia Blvd to the East.
