Mihai Traistariu „The pieces of land auctioned by Ecoterm - great business"

The singer Mihai Trăistariu took part in one of the auctions held by TSP Ecoterm and he acquired a piece of land situated next to the sea. 

That particular singer who is still making us murmur the "Tornero" refrain, has bought himself 2 pieces of land of 500 square meters each, located "at the edge of the sea", as he is saying. "It was someone living in Năvodari who told me about this auction. I bought the land for 82 Euro per square meter, which is a great business. It's been 2 years since I've been trying to find some land near the sea, so that I could build a house there. Actually, I had some offers, but the prices were huge: 700, 800 Euros per square meter. This was too much. In the Ecoterm auction, I could buy 1000 square meters for 82,000.00 Euros. This is an excellent price", Trăistariu said. In Năvodari, the singer is planning to build a mansion with a recording studio, a swimming pool and a large garden.  Every Friday, starting from 10.00 hrs, TPS Ecoterm holds auctions for selling 250-500 square meter pieces of lands located on the sea coast. The price is 80 Euros for one square meter, VAT included.
