07.00 - Plecare din Bucureşti, din faţa clădirii City Gate.
10.30 - Sosire la Năvodari, întâlnire cu jurnaliştii din presa locală, colegii din Rompetrol Rafinare.
10.30 -11.00 - Welcome coffee, formarea echipelor de lucru.
11.00 - 13.30 - În Paralel - 1. Activităţi în aer liber de amenajare a bazei sportive. 2. În clasă - Activităţi cu elevii, realizarea unor proiecte inovative de protecţie a mediului ce vor fi implementate de Rompetrol în 2012.
13.30 - 14.30 - Pauză de masă.
14.30 - 16.30 - Finalizarea activităţilor, lucru în echipă.
16.30 - 17.30 - Prezentarea şi jurizarea proiectelor propuse.
17.30 - 18.30 - Sesiune de premiere, acordarea diplomelor de voluntar. Vizită expoziţie organizată de elevii din Năvodari. Concluzii.
18.30 - Plecarea spre Bucureşti.
CSR EVENT NĂVODARI - SCHEDULE

07.00 - Depart from Bucharest, bus in front of the City Gate building.
10.30 - Arrival to Năvodari, meet the local press journaliststs, colleagues from Rompetrol Rafinare.
10.30 -11.00 - Welcome coffee. Organize teams / present the details of activities.
11.00 - 13.30 - Parallel Activities - 1. Outdoor - Rehabilitation of a degraded land and the construction of a sports yard. 2. Indoor - Workshops on environment protection with the highschool students from Navodari. The best project will be implemented in 2012 with funds from Rompetrol.
13.30 - 14.30 - Lunch break.
14.30 - 16.30 - Finalize the activities, teamwork.
16.30 - 17.30 - Projects' presentations in front of the jury.
17.30 - 18.30 - Awarding session, diploma handing to volunteers. A short visit to the exhibition organized by the children from Năvodari. Conclusions.
18.30 - Depart to Bucharest.
